NEXTECH expects that all employees, at every level and in every function of the Company, understand and demonstrate these behaviours. We do not write and speak about quality, but we implement it in our daily procedure and work.

Quality is a hallmark of NEXTECH, our quality management system has been implemented taking care of all the applications to get extra ordinary results. Our R&D, with manufacturing unit are well equipped with latest technology which includes CAD system. Laboratory equipped with machinery is not only centre of control and guarantee but also characterize the quality and excellence of the products. Having professional and knowledgeable technicians, playing their important role in routine daily activities, supported by metrology lab. Using technology in control and measurement equipment to ensure the fulfilment of the complex quality requirements of our customers consequently, we count with a consistent gauges and inspection system in order to carry out the following activities.

• Gauge and maintenance of the equipment.
• Random sample check.
• Approval of the design and dimension
• Metrological and dimensional reports.

Our staff has access to all needed tools such as contour measuring instruments, form and positional measuring instruments,
surface roughness tester, profile projectors, multi-measurement instruments. Our Qualified metrology staff also work parallel
to achieve the best quality for NEXTECH. Our valve goes through various inspection to get 100 % result.
